	Home Owned By Dave and Suzanne Thomas Luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home to rent on lovely Calabay Parc, perfect for 2 families, larger groups or simply those who enjoy plenty of space            Calabay Parc is ideally located 10-15 minutes west of Disney World with easy access to major routes, shopping, theme parks and golf courses. Our fully air-conditioned private villa is extremely well equipped to a high standard with all the amenities you’d expect for your dream Florida holiday. Nearby conservation areas, walking trails and recreation facilities enhance your holiday enjoyment in this lovely home from home. The two master bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, contain king size beds and are en-suite. The third bedroom contains a queen size bed and has an adjacent bathroom. The final two bedrooms contain twin beds and have an interconnecting bathroom accessible from both rooms. In addition, there is a queen size sofa bed in the den. We also provide a full size cot with bedding, high chair and stair gate should be there be any little ones in your party. We have a large lounge to relax in with TV, DVD player and CD hi-fi, and also a separate den/play room with another TV and PlayStation 2 to help keep kids (of all ages!) amused. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need, including an ice making refrigerator, and once you've prepared your meal (or it has been delivered!) you have the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. As an added bonus, you can keep in touch with people, as all calls to UK, Eire, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and much of Europe are free from our telephone. We provide all the linen, house and pool towels you need, so you should have plenty of space left in your suitcases for the purchases that you will undoubtedly make! Should you feel the need to do any washing, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. Outside, you have your own private screened swimming pool with a child safety fence. The patio area has been extended so there is plenty of room for everyone, and we also have a shady lanai with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool on those hot summer days. Our luxurious patio furniture has well padded cushions for your comfort and relaxation. We have tried to cater to your every need so provide books, games, dvd's, radio alarm clocks for those early Park starts, picnic ware, cool bag with freezer blocks, hair driers - the list goes on .....
