''Home Terrace 2'' is a brand new, luxurious second floor condominium which offers exceptional vacation accommodations for couples or families. Situated in the gated community of Terrace Ridge, it is just minutes away from all major Orlando area attractions. And, our rates are all inclusive of taxes, pool heat, and use of all the community amenities.

We also own a 2bed/2bath condo, Home Terrace 1, which is located next door to our 3bed on the same community and both can be rented together, giving more flexibility for larger families vacationing together.

The living and dining areas are beautifully and comfortably furnished and complete with everything you'll want to keep everyone happy and relaxed after a hectic day. The kids, and adults alike, will love the 32'' cable TV, DVD/VCR with films, stereo and PS2 with games. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a gourmet meal or just a light snack. The master suite has a King size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite with walk-in shower and twin sinks. The second bedroom contains a Queen size bed and the third guest room has twin beds. There is a spacious family bathroom containing bath tub with shower over and twin hand basins. All bedrooms have TVs, alarm clock/radios, ceiling fans and ample closet space.

A stay at our home at Terrace Ridge will help you enjoy the holiday of a lifetime! Enjoy all our on-site amenities or the magic of Disney and other Orlando attractions, serious shopping or championship golf -- only minutes away.

Terrace Ridge is a peaceful, gated community just a two minute drive from junction 58 of the I4. From this tranquil setting, all the major attractions, great golf and shopping are close by.
The private clubhouse offers a heated community swimming pool and spa with tables and sun loungers to relax in the Florida sunshine. Perfect if you just want to chill out after a hectic day at the parks or shopping! Also free for our guests' use is the fitness center, games room, lounge/bar/kitchen area, and volley ball court.

All linens and towels are provided including extra pillows and separate towels for use at the pool at Terrace Ridge.

-There is a cleaning charge of £45/$70 payable on bookings of less than one week.

-Please note that our condo has a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
