The villa is a single-storey 4 bedroom Floridian style home, furnished to a very high standard by the interior design company ’by appointment interiors’ to ensure that it is stylish and comfortable for your stay. The kitchen area is tiled for practicality while all the rest of the villa is carpeted for your comfort. The property features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, fully fitted kitchen and games room. The outside deck area houses a good sized swimming pool and spa, which provides the finishing touch to this superb villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need on a self-catering vacation. There is a dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee-maker and all kitchen utensils. The villa is located on a large plot giving a large garden area and a large 28ft x 14ft fully screened and heated pool has a raised spa at one end. A large hexagonal table and 4 chairs with 4 loungers/chair loungers are there to make your stay buy the pool a truly relaxing one. Gamesroom with Air Hockey, Darts and 8ft Pool Table. 42" High Definition Cable TV. ‘HD’ channels available on the cable TV service. 14 HBO premium Movie channels, DVD player with a range of titles, HiFi system TV's with cable in everybedroom.
