	Home Owned By Susan Wright Luxurious Brand New 2006 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom/Very private south facing pool and spa            Very luxurious 5 bedroom villa in quiet cul-de-sac location. Extremely private south facing pool and spa. Pool deck and pool extended for plenty of relaxing space for the sunbeds. Legacy Park is a beautiful new development, very central for Disney, shopping and numerous local restaurants. There are also many local golf courses. Our magnificent brand new 5 bedroom villa'Florida Dream'is set in a beautiful quiet location. The Retreat at Legacy Park is a new development and full of luxurious villas. 'Florida Dream' is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac , yet only a few minutes drive from all that Orlando has to offer. There are 3 master suites all with en-suite bathrooms. Two have kingsize beds and the third a queen. One of the masters is downstairs for easy access. There are two further twin rooms sharing a fourth bathroom. One of the twins is 'Nemo' themed for the kids. All bedrooms have TV's, VCRs and DVD players. We have a games room with full size pool table, fusball, electric air hockey and electronic darts. The villa also has a PS2 and an Xbox both with games. Upstairs in the 'Den' there is comfortable seating for 10 where you can enjoy movies and DVDs on the 50" Plasma TV. The private south facing pool with spa has been extended to 15 x 30 foot(very large for a private pool). The deck area is also very large, so there is plenty of room to relax around the pool on the comfortable sun loungers. There is a water feature and coloured fibre optic lights to enjoy a night time swim. The pool can be heated if required. The fantastic kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need even down to a ice maker for those cooling drinks!. Upstairs there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for your use. The breakfast table seats 6 and there is a breakfast bar aswell. Or you can eat al-fresco at the poolside table and chairs. All local and international phonecalls are free. The villa is equipped with an alarm for you to set if you like when leaving the villa for days out. We have spared no expense to make this a memorable and enjoyable holiday for you. We have a local Management Company who will help with any requests you may have during your stay. For example hiring a BBQ or Baby equipment or a wheelchair .

Legacy Park is a 10 minute drive to the theme parks of Disney.It is located on the US27 and there fore easy access to the I4 for travelling to Univeral Studios. This also makes for an easy journey to Cocoa Beach or The Kennedy Space Centre. The famous Champions Gate Golf course is only 5 mins away. There are supermarkets within 2-3 mins including a giant Walmart. There are numerous restaurants only 5 mins away.
