This beautiful villa has everything you will ever need, 3 bedrooms, a large family room with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, private screened swimming pool, (heating optional, recommended from the end of September to the end of March) and even a games room complete with pool table and table tennis.

Situated at the head of a cul-de-sac, so not on a busy road.
Our 3-bedroom 2½-bathroom villa will sleep up to 8 people.
Our villa is a very spacious detached single storey property situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek.
This Luxury Villa has everything you will ever need and beautifully furnished throughout. Fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool.
There are 3 bedrooms:
· The master bedroom overlooking the pool area has a queen-sized bed,large walk in wardrobe, dressing table, 2 bedside drawers and lamps, cable TV, VCR, and en suite facilities, walk in shower with twin seats, his & hers washbasins.Hairdryer provided.
· Bedroom 2 overlooks the pool area has a double bed with en suite pool bathroom,(toilet washbasin and vanity unit) large wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and lamp.
· Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)large wardrobe, set of drawers, lamp, radio/CD player alarm clock. TV, PS2 + variety of games.
We also provide a high chair and crib at no extra cost.
The villa has a large family room with large sofas, tables & lamps, cable TV, VCR, DVD,(selection of films)and CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer/ice maker cooker, microwave,coffee machine, juicer, toaster, dishwasher etc. A utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board .
A telephone is installed in the villa and can be used to make local calls free of charge. It can also be used for other calls using a phone card.
Games room with pool table, table tennis and darts board.
Disney character costumes available for our younger guests.
