Some of its features; CD Player, iPod Dock, CD Burner, Music Videos, AM/FM Radio, Remote Control, Bluetooth and WiFi compatible, Wireless USB-PC Link, Neon Lighting and Bubble Tubes. Use the touch screen to navigate through various music and videos. Download music from your iPod, or the internet. Fully functioning Video and Music Server, holds up to 1500 hours of content.

Oversized SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and POOL DECK with stunning LAKE VIEWS, both the pool and spa have underwater lighting.

Upgraded poolside furniture with table, chairs, parasol, reclining chairs, side tables with lights, sun loungers, large lanai with ceiling fan, great for alfresco dining. There is a safety fence next to the pool and spa for the safety of young children (this can be removed). Our pool deck is large and with the safety fence in place, young children can play safely in the shade. For additional child safety, all doors leading to the pool and spa area are alarmed.

Master Bedroom has SOUTH FACING BALCONY with LAKE VIEWS, with an imposing 6ft bed, wall mounted 22" TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and Hi Fi System.

Luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower enclosure, roman bath, his 'n hers wash hand basins and walk-in closets.

There are two further bedrooms upstairs, a Queen suite with TV, Digital Cable, DVD player, Hi Fi System and large walk-in closet and a Shrek Themed Bedroom for children with Twin Beds and large walk-in closet.

There is an additional full bathroom upstairs with Bath, Shower, Basin and WC. A large galleried landing with TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and XBOX with selection of games for all ages! Office area with PC, Printer and Wireless High Speed Internet Access (unlimited wireless internet access included in rental charge).

Our spacious home accommodates two families in absolute luxury, providing two living areas, one formal Lounge with classic sofas, Dining Room with co-ordinating dining suite and a second Family Room with a large TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and HI FI System. The vaulted ceiling in the Family Room provides a light and spacious feeling to the home, views across the lake, fully equipped Kitchen with every labour saving device, Breakfast Nook and Utility Room with American Size Washing Machine, Dryer and ironing facilities. We provide cots (x 2), highchair, stroller, baby bowls, spoons, bibs and a selection of children’s melamine plates and bowls.

Ground floor Queen suite has sliding doors leading to the pool and spa area, TV, Digital Cable, DVD player, HI FI System and large walk-in closet. The ground floor Twin Bedroom has 22” wall mounted TV, Digital Cable and large walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom downstairs with Bath, Shower, Basin and WC and an additional separate WC and Basin downstairs.

Cumbrian Lakes is an exclusive, prestigious estate, just off the highway 192. Set within a protected 200 acre conservation area built around scenic lakes and illuminated fountains. For further relaxation there are nature walks and bike trails to explore after experiencing the hustle and bustle of theme parks only minutes away!! Visit nearby Celebration for Theatres, Cinemas and Museums. If you are spending Christmas at our villa, be sure to visit Celebration, where it snows every night!! The Magic of Disney....

This location is ideal for all of our guests offering both enjoyment and excitement close by combined with peace and tranquillity on site for relaxation. Fishing permitted on the lakes including the lake our home overlooks.

Visit St Cloud Beach, a man made beach only 15 minutes away and ideal for children of all ages.

Cocoa Beach is less than 1 hour drive from our villa. We provide a huge cool box and ice packs, so pack a picnic and head for the beach!!

Our home is set within a prestigious 200 acre conservation area with a fantastic nature trail a short walk from our home. Use our scooters to explore the nature trail. A beautiful location away from all the hussle of the parks!

We require a £200 Booking Deposit for a 2 or 3 week booking with the final balance due 10 weeks prior to your holiday (an invoice is sent at this time).

We have limited availablity for 2008 and now taking bookings for the remaining 2008 dates, 2009 and 2010.
