Welcome to our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home situated amongst the Orange Groves of Westbury.
Our home is of brick construction, fully air conditioned with alarmed doors and windows to pool the area.
Sleeps 8 but can take a maximum of 10, ideal for 2 families to share.
Private, screened pool on an extended deck that is South facing for maximum sun.
Covered lanai with patio furniture, a light, ceiling fan and a gas BBQ for those evenings at home.
Game room that has air-conditioning.
Located on HW 27 just off the I 4, approximately 10 minutes from Disney Maingate.
Close to shops, restaurants and other amenities.
Within minutes of Championship golf courses and ideally positioned for the visitor to explore Florida.

‘Citrus View’, is on the small community of Westbury. The Madison style home is brick built, fully air-conditioned and insulated to keep out the heat of the Florida sun. All doors and windows leading to the pool area are alarmed in accordance with Florida law.
It is located amongst the orange groves of Davenport just 1.5miles from junction 55 of Interstate 4, south on Highway 27.
We are only 10 minutes from Disney’s MainGate, within minutes from championship golf courses, close to restaurants, shops, gas stations and easy access to all theme parks via the I4. Only about an hour away from either coast.

Our home has an open plan kitchen/dining room/ great room.
The fully fitted kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and many electrical labor saving devices.

The dining area has a table with six seats; the breakfast bar has three stools and the patio table provides another six seats.

Washing machine and dryer are there for guests use, so bring less clothes leaving room in your suit cases for all those items you wish to buy.

The great room has comfortable settees for you to enjoy watching digital cable TV, a DVD, video or just relax. We provide a selection of DVDs, videos and books.
A separate area of the great room houses the Playstation 2 and you will also find some board games and cards.

The sliding doors lead to the covered lanai. During the midday sun the shade and ceiling fan will help keep you cool. You may choose to cook on the gas BBQ, gas range or send for a meal to go - there are several that deliver in the area.

The inviting 28' x 15' pool, on an extended deck, is south facing for maximum sun.
Privacy fences to each side, citrus trees and bushes to the rear.
Sun loungers are available for you to top up that suntan and the whole area bug screened for guest comfort.
The timed underwater pool light allows you to swim in the evenings.

Master Bedroom 1 over looks the pool and provides a King bed, Cable TV and DVD, walk-in closet, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower. The bathroom has a door leading to the pool.

Master Bedroom 2 overlooks the front yard and has a Queen bed, built-in closet, Cable TV and DVD, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower.

2 Twin Bedrooms provide a further 4 beds - one room is Disney theme. Both share the third bathroom that has a tub and shower. There is Cable TV both rooms.

A double bedsettee in the great room provides bed space for a further 2 guests.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Game Room – this is air-conditioned with an extra standing fan. It houses a full sized pool table that is also marked for snooker with a full set of snooker balls. There is also foosball, electronic darts, air hockey and to help enjoy the room a radio/CD player.

We now provide Free Local, Long Distance and International Phone Calls. Phone home whenever you like at no cost to yourself. No need to either buy a phone card or use your own cell phone!

Our Home is non-smoking but smoking is permitted by the pool.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of £150/$200 per week is required with booking

Full remittance and refundable security bond is required 10 weeks prior to departure.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND of £200/$300 is required with final payment
