am an owner of a vacation rental property. How do I
list with you?
First
you must register yourself with us which is a simple application
form for some of your personal details such as name address
email etc.
Next
you chose which payment option you would prefer see below
for details.
Now
you fill in the details of your home and upload your pictures
to your listing which will go live immediately. Your listing the listing will be suspended if your cheque
is not received with 2 weeks.
Before
you begin....
It
is beneficial to prepare ahead of time what you would like
to say and save it into a Word document so you don't lose
the information. Initially, you will be asked for
minimum information such as headings, description, amenities
and rates.
Do
you only advertise for individual owners?
Yes.
All of our vacation rentals are owned by individuals. Most
of the owners are known to us.
I
am already on another site. Why should I list with
you, too?
The
number one method to advertise on the internet is via Search
Engines. Each vacation rental web site is found on different
search engines and some do better than others on different
engines. Depending on the location of your rental, you
are almost always much better off with several web pages.
I have a late deal or a special offer, can I add it to my listing?
You certainly
can! By logging in to your owners area you will see a "Add a late deal" icon. Simply select this icon, add your start date and end date of your special or late offer and enter some further details and that's it. It will be instantly added to the late and great deals section. As always please contact us if you need any assistance with this. You can also add it to your special offer section on your actual listing by logging in and editing your listing. Add the details to your "Special offers" field.
How
much does it cost to list my property?
When
you list your home on our site there are 2 payment options
available:
1 The Annual
Payment...
This is £65 per year (or $110 per year) with no extra payments made regardless of the amount of bookings you secure via our site. The annual payment option also permits owners to include their website, virtual tour, telephone number and email address.
Please
note when paying via Paypal the Annual fee is £69 – The
$ is converted by paypal.
If you opt for this method then payment must be sent upon the booking being confirmed and receipt of the deposit.
In
addition to this there is also the option for you to list
your property as the home of the month
The fees for this are:
Home of the month £30 / $55
This is where
your home has prime position on our home page with a direct
link to your full listing page.
We
also accept Paypal payments for Home of the Month - the
cost using Paypal is £32.00.
Do
you give discounts for multiple listings?
Yes
there is a discount for more than 1 listing subsequent
properties can be added for just £40 per property
on the annual payment scheme.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
At present we accept cheques in $ or £ and should be payable to Iain Thompson and sent to Supreme Florida Villas 55 Dovecote Lane

How do I pay you via Paypal?
By logging in
to your owners area you select live listings. If you wish
to pay your Annual fees then click on Pay my Annual fees
and make the payment via Paypal. You will then receive an
e-mail confirming your payment and the payment will be shown
in your Paypal payments history.
How
many photos can I have on my listings?
At
present ten photos can be added to your listing one must
be of the outside of your home. Your photographs must be as
small as possible (the smaller the image the quicker it will
download on the page) to a maximum of 1Mb (1000Kb)
The
best way to get more photos in front of renters is to choose
the annual payment and includes your web site address.
If
your property is not completed this must be stated clearly
on the listing and model home can be used but only with
the owner’s permission.
How
do I get my photos to you?
Photos
can be uploaded to us directly from your computer, when
you are listing your home on Supreme Florida Villas. If
you have any problems with this please email us and we
will be able to help you.
How
do I update my listings?
You
can update your listings online by logging into the owner’s
area with your password and user name. Once in this area
you can amend everything from changing your phone number
to adding a villa or just changing your rates.

I
forgot my username and password. How can I get it again?

How do I get a verified sign
If you are personally known to
us and we have visited your home recently we will add the
verified sign to your home. The other way to obtain this
is sign is for our team in Orlando to go and visit your home
at a mutually agreed date and time. There is a one off fee
of £10.00 or $20.00 for this service, however changes
in ownership must be advised to us by email, as verified
is only for the owner that requested the visit.
The inspection
is purely to satisfy ourselves that the home is as listed
on Supreme Florida Villas. |
