	Home Owned By Stephen Malkin WHITEPINE VILLA                Luxury 5 bed 4 bath villa, with private secluded pool & spa, overlooking conservation area, close to Disney parks. Whitepine Villa is located on Indian Creek, a few minutes away from the Disney theme parks, just off Highway 192. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to the pool deck. 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom.Bedroom 5 is a separate tv lounge with a double sofa bed. Bathroom 4 is off the hallway. There is a large open plan lounge with dining area next to a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs.There is a large washer and dryer located in the garage, off the hallway.The lounge has patio doors opening out onto the covered lanai and screened pool deck.The heated pool is 36ft X 15ft with a spa pool attached. Backing onto a conservation area and fenced in on both sides, this area is not overlooked and offers a private and secure area for sunbathing, swimming and outdoor dining.The whole of the pool area is screened to enable our guests to enjoy the warm Florida evenings outside without being troubled by insects. There is a large dining table and comfortable chairs for long lazy evenings to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and plan your next hectic day.We have provided plenty of sun loungers for everyone too. The villa is fully air conditioned, with the added benefit of ceiling fans. The feeling of space and light gives the villa that "WOW" factor the minute you walk through the front door.Our aim is to make your stay at Whitepine Villa as comfortable as we can. Hopefully this holiday will be one of your most memorable, for all the right reasons.There is a wonderful selection of restaurants just minutes away on the 192 and a supermarket close by too. Our next project in early 2009 wil be to create a games room and install digital TV and wireless internet connection
