	Home Owned By Sue Ramsden LOVELY 3 BED VILLA WITH STUNNING VIEWS OVER LAKE AND GOLF COURSE                3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS (1 ENSUITE) PRIVATE POOL BACKING ONTO LAKE Ridgewood Lakes is a gated community on US Highway 27, 5 miles south from exit 55 on Interstate 4. The Forest at Ridgewood Lakes has a communal pool, tennis courts and basket ball nets. Ridgewood Lakes has a fantastic golf course. Our home has two large living areas where you can relax comfortably and watch T.V. There is a formal dining area and a breakfast nook for less formal dining. The kitchen is large and spacious and is fully equipped for your stay. For your convenience there is a utility room which is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The master bedroom is spacious and has a walk in closet. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and two washbasins and separate toilet. There are two further bedrooms which share the second bathroom. One is a double bedded room and other is a twin bedded room and both have walk in closets. The pool and sun deck are to the rear of the property. The pool is 12ft. by 30ft overall and the pool area faces south and therefore gets the full benefit of the sun all day (there is a shady part if you want to get out of the sun). There is pool furniture and sun loungers and the pool area is totally screened in fine mesh to let in the sun and keep out the insects. The pool area backs onto a lake and overlooks the golf course, so it is not overlooked at all.
